I was so worried about having to return to work while my daughter was only 7 months old. We have no family in the area so it was really important for us to find a long term childcare option that worked for us and our baby. As we're both shift workers, it was also particularly hard to find someone with flexibility.
I can't recommend Michelle and Simon enough. Our daughter has been going to them for two weeks now, and has already settled into the routine perfectly. Michelle organised settling in sessions in the lead up to my return to work, and sent regular photos which were so reassuring given how anxious I was.
We get a daily diary which updates us on everything from what she's eaten, what she's been up to, her naps, and how her mood has been. We also get pictures during the day. It's clear she already really enjoys her time with Michelle, which has made my transition back to work so much easier.

My daughter has been cared for by Michelle and Simon since she was just 6 months old. They have always made me feel 100%confident that she was safe and cared for to the highest standard.
She’s always enjoyed fun activities and outings and has learned an incredible amount.From baking delicious treats to how to count,sing and big steps to becoming independent.
She has made adorable and long lasting and loving friendships.
It really feels like a home from home for my daughter.
Both Michelle and Simon have been a great support to us and have always been understanding and helpful, above and beyond expectations.
I could not recommend them highly enough. They’ve given my daughter the most amazing quality of care for over 4 years .

My little boy has been with michelle and simon for the last 3 years, they are both so kind and caring and treat my son like there own. They provide a fantastic setting and are very interactive with the children always going to lovely parks and play centres, and we've had lots of crafting and baking items sent home. This last year Michelle and simon have been helping prepare my son for full time school, with age appropriate learning. My son starts full time time school this year and sadly won't need a childminder, we are going to miss them so much, they have been such a big part of my sons life and helped him grow into the fantastic little boy he is, he is going to miss you so much, we all are x

Used Michelle for 3 years and my daughter has never been in safer hands, my daughter has learned so much and progressed very well, I cannot fault Michelle and Simon in any way, would definitely recommend to anyone

My daughter has been going to Michelle and Simons for over 4 years and absolutely loved it, they are truly fantastic people, you only have to meet them to see. It's been amazing seeing my daughter grow and develop in their care, they offer such a warm and loving environment. Circumstances have changed and my daughter will no longer be going, really sad otherwise I'd always send her there. I highly recommend Simon and Michelle, they really do offer first class childcare. We will miss you all so much and thank you for everything xx

Michelle & Simon have been looking after my daughter for about 3 years now. They have been AWESOME!!! The only reason we are saying goodbye to them is due to my own life changes....otherwise I would happily keep my daughter with them.
My daughter has grown so much whilst being in their care. She is so happy with them and we will miss them. I can really recommend Michelle & Simon as amazing childcare providers and their house is the perfect setting.

Michelle and her husband Simin have now been taking care of my two girls for 3 months now and I find then caring, reasonable, approachable and very very reliable. My daughters love them to bits and I never worry about their care while I'm at work and away from then. Both poppy and daisy (Michelle and Simon's children) are very welcoming to my children and have made it easy for my girls to settle in.
I am very picky on who looks after my children and have had many childminders in the past 3 years but I have finally found the childcare and childminder that matches the same brilliance I had 4 years ago when ny original childminder gave up childcare and went into teaching. This childcare comes highly recommended by both mysel and my husband.

I would just like everyone to know that michelle is a very nice person. I met her and her family today for the first time and after my 4 weeks notice is over I am going to start using her. I have only ever felt this relaxed with a childminder once. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
