Carolina has looked after our 3 year old daughter for over a year now, and has formed a beautiful bond with her in that time. She is a caring, fun, energetic and affectionate nanny, with a loving personality that has made all our children (including our 8 year old son and 5 year old daughter) warm to her instantly. In addition to looking after our youngest whilst we either work at home or away from home, she has also helped us out with holiday childcare when needed - and this has involved looking after all three children on occasion. Her duties have included preparing food, taking the children out to the park or for walks, arts and crafts, play doh, playing games, reading stories, and much more. Carolina has become a part of the family and the children have always been very well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carolina to anyone!

Carolina has been with us for over a year, and in that time has become like part of the family. She has a positive personality, is easy-going, affectionate, and caring. More importantly, my son (aged 1.5 from the start of her employment, to age 3) has developed a special bond with her, that as a parent, I can only describe as heartwarming.
She is responsible, shows good judgement, and I have full confidence leaving my child with her under any circumstances (as I have, to attend doctor's appointments, etc.).
As a parent herself, she is knowledgeable and attuned to the needs of my child - often before I can sense them!
She is great with multi-tasking, highly mobile, and social, which means she always organizes play/park dates, and knows the best toddler activities in the area. My son loves her children, and is always excited to see and spend time with them. I have left my son with her over weekends, and she has assumed complete responsibility for his care and all his needs. My son speaks Spanish thanks to her, and she continues to encourage his speech and to build his vocabulary. He starts nursery full-time in January, and that is the only reason Carolina is not continuing with us. We are very sad to see her go, but the family who has her next is a lucky one.

Overall
Caro has been looking after our children in Willesden Green, London since January 2013. She is great: warm, loving, sensitive, takes direction but can also act on her own initiative. She's a mum, so she knows what she's doing. But she's also very aware that other parents have their own rules and preferences, eg around TV or food. Caro understands and respects this.
Caro's focus is our youngest, a boy who turned one in January 2013. Our son and Caro have formed a close bond. Caro often brings along her own two year old son, Emanuele, who is completely gorgeous. The two boys get along well and play well together.
Caro helps with dinner, homework and baths etc for the two older girls, particularly the 5 year old. The two girls, aged 8 and 5, are both very fond of her.
