Fabulous nanny

Sanaa is nanny to our daughter and another boy the same age, providing full-time care on a 4-5 days-a-week basis since they were aged 9 months. She has proved to be an excellent nanny, always on time, very proactive in taking the children out to local museums and playgroups and a pleasure to work with. I whole-heartedly recommend working with her.

Sanaa has been our full time nanny since July 2013, looking after our daughter who is now almost 3 years old. Sanaa has been a wonderful nanny who has a great attitude towards her role and who always been punctual and reliable. Our family is relocating in August and we all will be sad to say goodbye.

Sanaa has helped and supported us through various development stages including potty-training, discipline with the naughty step, speech development as well as introducing our daughter to the French language. She has lots of patience and spends many hours reading, painting, drawing and role-playing with our daughter.

She is always kind, gentle though firm with our daughter and is very much loved by her. She has been very pro-active in arranging a varied schedule of weekly activities, including stay and play groups, trips to the park, library, swimming and ballet lessons as well as occasional trips into London.

We were always confident in her knowledge and professionalism, which was illustrated by her management of a number of episodes of childhood fever and illness. She contacted us immediately and was able to arrange GP appointments, give the directed medication and keep us updated with the situation.

She has been a wonderful support and friend to our family and I would highly recommend her to another family. I would be very happy to give further references on request. We are very sad to let her go and wish her all the best in her next role.
