Our Childcare Provision
Battle Abbey School is a big family of three parts – the Nursery, the Prep School and the Senior School. The knowledge and detailed information we have on each child is transferred through each stage to ensure a smooth transition both socially and academically.
Children leave the Prep School at the end of Year 6, and the majority transfer automatically to the Senior School in Battle. This offers both social and academic continuity, a shared philosophy of education and the privilege of learning in such magnificent and historic surroundings. The same family atmosphere, and the through curriculum, both ensure a smooth transition from the Prep School to the Abbey, where a warm welcome awaits.
