About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder and a mother to three children aged 19, 22 and 24 years . Graded GOOD in my last inspection February 2020. I live in a four bedroom house in quiet road off Long Lane with my husband and children, I am 5-10mins walking distance of Bexleyheath Station with no parking restrictions outside my house. I currently have a vacancy for an early years child 0-5 years to join my setting two days per week on a Thursday and Friday. I Service Upland Primary School and Nursery and offer drop offs and collections Monday - Friday.
My Experience
I have been a registered childminder with OFSTED since 2007 caring for children ranging from 0-14 years, I offer a warm,friendly caring home from home environment for your child to play and learn. I have a dedicated playroom and a child friendly garden which allows me to provide a safe learning environment for children of all ages and abilities with lots of indoor and outdoor age appropriate activities both fun and educational. I can provide breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner as required. required. I do have family pets in the home all of which are very friendly. My little dog Stormy is kept in a separate area away from the children at all times.
My Qualifications
Diploma in Homebased Childcare, Paediatric First Aid Certificate, Epi Pen Training, Advanced Safeguarding, Working with Children, Preventing Bullying Behaviour, Risk Assessment, I have also completed EYFS training courses and my Childcare Learning and Development NVQ level 3. Advanced SEN Diploma, Autism Training, FGM, COVID 19. All training is ongoing.
5* rating from Environmental Health, PACEY Insured and registered, ICO Data Handler Registered, Clean Full Driving Licence.
Myself, my husband and my children all hold current CRB/DBS Certificates.

Currently I drop off and collect at Upland Primary School & Nursery.
Before and After School Vacancies Available.
Early Years (0-5yrs) space available Thursdays & Fridays 7.30am - 6pm.
2, 3 & 4 Year Funding, Childcare Vouchers and HMRC payments accepted.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
I charge £6.00 p.h before or after school. A full days childcare will be charged at £50.00 - £60.00 per day dependent on hours and requirements.
I offer the 15 and 30 hours government funding. I am registered with HMRC so parents/carers can be part of the Tax Free childcare scheme. I also accept Childcare Vouchers.

Elaine has looked after both of my children since they were a few months old and I couldn't be happier with Elaine and her wonderful setting. Elaine is friendly and welcoming and keeps you very well informed about your child's development and milestones from the minute she takes care of them. She develops and fosters positive relationships and both of my boys have been extremely happy there. As full time working parents it can be so daunting having to find someone to entrust your children to and I am so incredibly happy that I found Elaine. She has helped my boys develop through the early years and into their time at primary school and continues to do so with my youngest. She is flexible, knowledgable and warm and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Elaine has been my childminder since my son was 6months old (now 42 months) and later this year due to school requirements i will have to give up her services. Leaving my child with someone i trust is the most important thing to me....he has grown in confidence whilst being there....Elaines home is full of fun and excitement for children with a deicated playroom with safety @ the top of the agenda. She understands all the childrens need, treats them as individuals and teaches them so much. Now only has she been my childminder but advisor, listener and friend.....i 'll be very sorry to lose her services but we have now arrived at the next stage of my son's life, in my opinion you would be mad not to take up her services.
