My Experience

I have worked within the sure starts for 2 years where I found my calling working with SEND. I have also had the experience in:
- key children
- Observations
- IEPS
-opening and shutting down the centre
- setting out all activities to meet each child's needs
- dealing with safeguarding
- risk assessing
- encouraging the children to further there independents and take risks
i.e.( allowing a child to jump off the wooden blocks )
- Encouraging children to make their own choices
- administrating medication

- organizing events/parties

10.00 = 2 children
