I am a qualified teacher with Early Years Professional Status, currently tutoring a few awesome children =) I provide academic lessons (in accordance to the national curriculum). Lessons are tailor made and specific to the student's learning style. I believe that learning should be enjoyable and rewarding for the student, whilst at the same time structured and measurable.

My Experience
My journey to teaching began as a nursery room leader and then co-manager in the childcare/nursery sector. I then further trained and completed a PGCE with Canterbury Christ Church University.
I have more than six years experience working in primary schools in and out of London, as a teacher and experience in private (group and individual) tutoring sessions for primary children.
I have taught across both KeyStage 1 & 2. Specifically I have taught year 1, year 3, year 4, 5 & year 6 children in state schools - academies and non academies. This has given me experience teaching a range of children at various stages in their education and I have grown well accustomed to being sensitive to children's individual learning needs. Adapting to a child's learning style is important and is definitely more achievable through individual or small group tutoring. I believe flexibility is key!

Eva is a fantastic tutor. Calm, kind and very knowledgeable in the best ways of teaching, in my case for my 5 year old daughter. She comes prepared with activities that focus on reading, writing and maths. She is able to tailor her teaching for my daughter, understanding the best way that she learns. My daughter looks forward to Eva coming. Most importantly, Eva makes learning fun.
