I am a special educational needs teacher graded as outstanding. I currently have experience of tutoring students for entrance exams to private schools. Experience of teaching mainstream primary and special educational needs up to the age of 16. Prior to teaching I was in social work, working with 16+ year olds with a variety of disabilities.

I firmly believe that all children can succeed and that a good teacher finds a pace suitable to them and is able to adapt their teaching style for every child, to ensure that they all succeed. Making sure all targets are realistic and available. I create small step learning where each child has a tailored programme of study for their individual needs. I am passionate about teaching and believe fully that every child can reach their full potential with the correct support and ensuring that all lessons are accurately pitched and progress is shown and made in every lesson.
