About Me
I am a university student who is excited to start my teacher training course to become a primary school teacher next year. In the mean time, I'd love to get further experience in childcare and/ or tutoring whilst I’m studying.
My Experience
I have 3 years childminding experience with children aged 2-15, helping out with school work, food preparation, arts and crafts and organising fun physical activities. I also have teaching experience having taught a ballet class for 2-5 year olds. In summer, I am a camp leader at one of the most competitive schools in England, this has given me some incredible tools for activity planning!
My Qualifications
I have 11 GCSEs at a 7 and above which I would feel fully qualified in Tutoring; Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English Literature, English Language, Mathematics, Statistics, Geography, History, Spanish and Dance. I also did A levels in Politics, Philosophy and Psychology, AS Maths and Dance achieving good grades in all. I am now studying a BA in Politics and Philosophy at The University of Exeter and hope to start my PGCE in 2025.
My Availability
I’m looking for a family to work with once I’m back from summer break in September. I am available for afterschool and weekend childcare.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Tutoring from £20.00 per hour
I charge £15 hourly for childcare and tend to stick with that unless far more is expected of me than what I expect (food preparation, activities, light school work etc)
