My Summary
About Me
No availability Monday to Thursday daytimes. Some availability on Fridays for adhoc care
Availability for hotel, wedding and special event nanny/babysitting, please contact me for details
I have a cat allergy, so I am unable to work in households with pet cats
Experienced qualified nanny and maternity nurse (newborn and postnatal care)
I am married and live with my lovely husband of 30 years and our Frenchie Dolly in Warmley, situated between Bristol and Bath within easy commuting distance of both. I have a reliable car fully insured for business use and a clean driving licence.
I am a kind, caring and experienced nanny with a Level 3 NVQ qualification in Children's Care, Learning and Development and Level 3 Postnatal Maternity Nurse Care Training certificate. I am also a qualified infant massage instructor.
I am experienced with babies and children of all ages, having worked as a playgroup leader, registered childminder, nanny and a mum to 4 grown up children.
I offer parents the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their children are being taken care of in a responsive, nurturing way and are able to go to work knowing their child is safe and happy with a nanny who has many years experience.
My love of working in childcare began when my own children were young over 30 years ago. I love providing care for babies and children in their own home, where they feel safe and secure. I treat all children with the love and respect I would expect for my own children and always ensure their interests and happiness comes first.
I have excellent written references available and on acceptance of a position I am happy to provide details of families I have worked for.
Thank you for reading, I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards, Julie

Julie came to babysit for us for an evening. She turned up on time, had an instant rapport with our children, immediately put us at ease and was extremely professional. She even tidied up the kids toys while we were out.
Thank you!

Julie is currently looking after our 4 year-old and 2 year-old and from day one, she has been amazing. The children love her, she always thinks of fun activities for them and takes them on lots of lovely days out. Julie also ensures the children eat healthily every day. With Julie, the children, who were used to having their mum around all the time, have made tremendous progress. They always miss Julie in the holidays and our daughter often asks "when is the next Julie day?". She is very much part of the family.
Sadly, our eldest is going to school this September so our childcare needs are such that we will have to say goodbye to Julie soon. We made our decision with heavy hearts and will miss Julie a lot.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Julie, she is kind, caring, fun and totally trustworthy. She has a lot of experience and is always happy to work with parents and children to make sure everyone is happy.
