Hi Everyone!
My name is Natalie and I have over 10 years experience working with children 0-11 years in various capacities such as nursery nurse, teaching assistant and trainee teacher. I hold a level 3/level 4 childcare qualification and specialise in early years i.e. 0-5 year olds.
I currently work as a childminders assistant helping to care for 8-12 children on a daily basis, encouraging them to learn through play and fostering relationships with adults and other children, via sharing and caring approach.
