She message me offering a place I reply same day but gave place to someone else

I asked Emma what hours and days were required and the response I received unfortunately did not suit the needs of my business. I messaged Emma politely informing her of this to which I received a number of bitter messages.
I am shocked and saddened by this review and believe this is a false representation of my character and my business which I have worked extremely hard to build up over the past 23 years.
I wish Emma all the best in the future with finding a childminder
