About Me
My name is Tracey Seeras. I am aged 49. I am Single parent with a 15yr old daughter.
Myself, 1 of the parents who has become a good friend(who is my assistant) + a good friend from many years ago(who is my 2nd assistant), we work as a team, have Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau clearance. I am registered with Ofsted and Pacey.
All of us have Safeguarding Children awareness training. Fbv + Fgm training. I have Early Years Foundation Stage Training for Childminders, my two assistants are aware of + know about the EYFS.
we have paediatric First Aid Training.
We have Food and Hygiene training.
we can do local pick-ups, drop offs and school runs.
i have a 7 seater vehicle with business insurance, and child seats for all ages. I have public liability insurance certificate + one for my assistants. I have data protection. I attend regular cluster meetings(which up-date's me about any changes about childcare + EYFS, ect).
My Experience
I am used to children of all ages and have a teenage daughter. I have done babysitting for friends and family since my teens. I have looked after my nieces, nephew, and I have assisted another childminder with the running of her Ofsted childminding business.
I have always worked in a care environment. I was a Care Team Manager at a Residential Care Home for Elderly People.

My Availability
Some space's available from end of July 2024, due to some leaving to start school. Hours: Monday to Friday-7:00am-18:30pm.
Other days + hours may be negotiated.
I am available for local pick-ups, drop-offs + school runs (Northlands).

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
My fees are £7.00 per hour,£6.50per hour if siblings.
For full time children (5 days per week) I will agree a daily rate of £45.
I charge time + a half on bank holidays, christmas eve, boxing day, new years eve. Double pay on new years day. I avoid working christmas day.
I supply all food, but parents are required to supply nappies, wipes, baby milk and a spare set of clothes.

Tracey and her team are great, they are very friendly and welcoming. My little girl has settled in so quickly and comes home so happy. The range of activities they do on a daily basis with the children are fabulous and my girl has already learnt so much.
