About Me
Hi my name is Lucie, I'm an NNEB qualified and have been an Ofsted registered childminder for 17 years before deciding to go back to my roots and become a nanny again in 2019
I received a rating of "GOOD" in my last inspection in January 2017
I live in an end of terrace victorian house in Linslade within a 5 minute walk to the station with my husband and 2 children aged 22 and 17 and crazy border collie.
As a nanny I love keeping busy and do all sorts of activities; visiting the farm, zoo, going to the park, long nature walks, crafts, toddler groups, gym and music classes, endless fun!!!
My Experience
I nannied in London for 12 years before moving to Linslade after having my second daughter, I found it difficult to find a nanny position with 2 young children so decided to become a Ofsted registered childminder. I childminded for 18 years and have now returned to caring for children in their own homes as a nanny again.
My Qualifications
I'm NNEB qualified and hold a valid first aid certificate and attend regular courses and also various online courses to keep myself up to date.

I can honestly say that my 2 daughters have been exceptionally happy girls for the last 8 years whilst under the care of Lucie. They see her and her family as their own. Always ready to support and nurture from making them the ever requested "jelly boats" on their birthday to ensuring that they are doing their homework (obviously not what they love her for)!!
In their words "Lucie, you are like my 2nd mother". "Why would I ever not want to go there?" as I enquired whether my 12 year old would want to come directly home instead of going to Lucie's after school.
If you want your children to be looked after in a home from home then I thoroughly recommend that you go and meet her and see for yourself. She is the best. x

Lucie has looked after my little boy since he was 9 months old when I went back to work and he absolutely loves going there - he's like one of the family!
I can't reccomend Lucie highly enough, she provides a calm structured environment and my little boy has developed really well, they go on fun outings to toddler groups/farm/zoo etc and have lots of play time with Lucies family.
We are reluctantly leaving in the summer and it will be a real wrench :(

Lucie is really fantastic: she's warm and loving with a gorgeous family of her own. My daughter adores her. She takes them on fun outings, helps their development, and offers a really warm home environment. I would completely recommend her to anyone!
