Warm, fun and love

My son started atteding setting when he just finish 2 years he settled very well and love his nanny, and all people there I always could bring him and dont worry about him. We find that care provide for him been very good, they all understand his needs and health problems which been really important for me. I trust them and my son stay with them over 3 years he form bond with Nanny, and people who care for him. Even now when he is playong he mention Cute 1s.

Excellent and outstanding service

I have very outstanding service. My kid is loving it. Its been 1 year my kid is there and is so happy and settled that never wants to come home. The way they treat you will blow you away especially bushra they are so kind and nice. They have very good settings and very good facilities. They are flexible and ready to take on my kid anytime. 1 am satisfied that my kid is in safe hand and they are very trustworthy. I rate them very highly and respect cute1s from bottom of my heart. Love you everyone at cute1s

Excellent Trustworthy Childminders

My child has been going to cute1s for quite sometime. So many times I gave them very short notice to take on my kid, that short that they had literally 15 minutes and they done it. My kid never had any problem. He is very very happy with them and they are quite understanding and my kid loves them specially aunty bushra and nani. He loves them to much. I totally trust them with my kid. They treat us like family they never said no to me in any case. I am so comfortable with them. They never let me down and always support me. They are also understanding with payments and requests. I get vip treatment every time I go there.
People always look for negatives but never will look for positives.

Bushra cannot be trusted to care for children

Cute 1s were very lovely an welcoming to me when i first met them. i am a single mum with 2 girls new to the area. i was looking for childcare so that i am able to study.
Bushra and Nagma(her mum) were lovely they would pick up my daughter from nursery an bring her to there home for me to collect her. my daughter was very fond of them and loved going there.
one day i went to collect my daughter, a little earlier than usual and she was not there. when i had arrived and was greeted by bushra she looked very panicked and said something to her mother in her native language. her mother then rushed out of the house.
bushra invited me in to sit down before talking to me for 20mins about how my daughter had gone out with one of the other childminders(there was a few of them) and that her mum has gone to get them because they were not answering there phone. bushra gave me positive feedback about what my daughter had done that day and confirmed to me that she had had her evening meal
her mother arrived back 20mins later with my daughter.
after confirming with my daughters nursery about what time she was picked up that particular day it had come to light that Bushra a registered childminder had sat there and lied to me for 20mins about the whereabouts and wellbeing of my daugher. i immediately terminated my contract with cute 1s as i was so angry, it even reduced me to tears not even at the fact that they may or may have not forgotten to collect my daughter that day but simply the lies that were told to me regarding her care.

NO CHILDMINDER WHAT SO EVER SHOULD BE TELLING YOU LIES ABOUT YOUR CHILD. IT IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ANY CHILDMINDER THAT DOES THAT DOES NOT DESERVE TO HAVE THAT TITLE!!!!!!!! it probably will not happen but Bushra inparticular should not be allowed to care for no child after that behaviour!!!
