About Me
I am a happily married busy working mum of 3, and qualified Early Years Professional myself. I currently work full time in Birmingham.
I work shift basis, therefore days/ hours may vary.
I am a concerned mum, and my priority is for my children to feel happy, safe and secure, ideally this will be with a childminder who lives locally, and who will provide stability, allowing me to go to work without feeling guilty!
My Requirements
I need 'wrap around' childcare for my youngest 2 children. My eldest is at college. My children are 8 years (girl) and 6 years, (boy) both attend local schools (St. Andrews infants and Eastern green juniors) which have staggered start and finish times, to allow for drop of and collection for both children
I will require childcare from 7.30am and drop off at school on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (1 hour) and collection and care after school on Mondays and Wednesdays (1.5 hours) (4 mornings/ and 2 after school per week) so only 7 hours per week.
I may also need some additional care during school holidays, although grandparents older sibling and friends also help out.
Both children are usually very well behaved and get on well together most of the time. Up until recently childcare has been primarily been parents / grandparents.
Due to changes in my working pattern there may be minimal occasional changes to my hours so I require a childminder / nanny with a flexible approach, (I will do my best to avoid this though, as routine for the children is important to me)
I really need someone start beginning of September.
