About Me
I have been a Ofsted registered childminder since April 2013. I have also grown up around young children since being young as my mum has been a childminder for over 26years. I have worked as an assistant for 6 months prior to becoming registered. I also work part time as a sports development officer planning and providing activities, clubs and holiday programs for young children. I currently work along side my mum at her home in Walkden where she lives with my dad. I am married and have a little boy of my own. I live in my own home just round the corner from my mums. I take & do pick ups from Christ the king school.
My Experience
I have lots of experience which I av gathered over the years.We go to toddler group,story time at the library, visit different parks & soft play areas.I work closely along side with my mum Diane Burns, who is also a registered childminder & we both work from her home. We work with EYFS, observing, assessing & planning to help with each Baby/child's development. This will be explained if you are not familiar with EYFS. Early years foundation stage. Your baby/child with be cared & looked after like it was our own! You are welcome any time to come round and meet myself, Diane & the rest of the family.
My Qualifications
Ofsted Registered, CRB checked, first aid, Child protection, safeguarding, Good hygiene, Health and safety. Degree in Psychology
