About Me
I am an OFSTED registered, graded outstanding at my last inspection CRB checked and fully insured childminder. I am also an accredited childminder for wigan which enables me to offer funded places for children aged 2 and 3 years who are eligible for funding.
I Live in Atherton and have been a registered childminder for 32 years. I have four grown up children of my own and three grandchildren. Previous to childminding we fostered a range of children gaining an excellent level of knowledge and experience in child care.
My Experience
I look after a number of children ranging between 10 months and 10 years. I provide a warm, caring, friendly environment for both children and parents. I have a large selection of toys for all ages and abilities. The children are encouraged to take part in a wide range of stimulating activities, both indoors and outdoors including role play, baking, craft, books, games, nature activities, trips to groups, libraries and parks. A healthy balanced diet is given to all the children and they are positively encouraged to try different foods on taster days.
