Hello, my name is Villy and I am an Ofsted registered childminder working with one lovely and highly experienced assistant.
My childminding setting is called DoodleTots Childcare and I aim to provide a quality childminding service that exceeds the minimum standards required by Ofsted and that is tailored to your family needs. I was graded 'Good' by Ofsted at my third inspection in January 2023.
Childminding is more than just a job to me, I am passionate about providing every child in my care the opportunity to not only reach his or her full potential, but also to experience a warm, loving and home based environment.
I accept enquiries from parents with children aged from 3 months to 16 years of age.
I run my childminding business from my home in Enfield, in the London Borough of Enfield since Sept. 2013.

My Qualifications
Since September when I started as a childminder, I regularly attend courses to keep my Continuing Professional Development ( CPD). My own professional development is very important to me as I feel it is important to keep up to date with current academic thinking and changes in government policies.
I have a Level 4 in Child Care, DBS, CYPOP5, Level 3 Paediatric First Aid, Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification, Level 4 Safeguarding Advanced and I am a member of Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (Pacey).

My Fees
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
Fees for 2024
Hourly Rate - £12.50 per hour
Daily Rate - £102.60 per day ( 8am -6pm)
3 Day Rate -£290.00 per 3 day week ( 3 days a week attendance up to 10 continuous hours between 8.00am - 18.00pm )
4 Day Rate - £348.00 per week ( 4 days a week attendance up to 10 continuous hours between 8.00am - 18.00pm )
Weekly Rate ( of full day attendance Mon - Fri) £398.00 per week (discount applied)
Term Time Contracts - Retainer fee (50% of the original contracted hours)
All fees include: FREE meals breakfast, lunch and tea, and all snacks. No registration fee.
(NB. Nappies and formula milk not included)
Outings - No charge for routine outings. On occasion I will organise fun /educational outings: parents will be asked to contribute towards trips fees and pocket money for their child which will be discussed in advance.
Deposits
Ones a place has been offered a one week deposit is required, the deposit is held as payment for your final months fee. The deposit will be credited against final fees minus any other charges.
The deposit may need to be adjusted if you change your child's days / hours in the future.
Notice required of termination (both parties) 4 weeks / full fee notice
Charges for absence
Due to child or parent's illness - Full fee
Due to childminder's illness or non availability - Full fee
Parent's occasional day off/ holidays - Full fee
Childminder's annual holidays (up to 23 days per year) - Half fee
Funded sessions - 3 and 4 year funding available
As I am Ofsted, I can be paid using Tax Credits or Childcare vouchers. As well, I am registered with Enfield Local Authority to offer the funded sessions for 3 and 4 year olds.
If any other additional hours you wish to book will be charged at the normal rates.
Payment options
I accept Bank transfer (BACS), cash, vouchers or combination of these methods. I do not normally accept cheques.

Our daughter has just spent four wonderful years at Doodletots. Villy works tirelessly to ensure she provides and a varied and interesting cirruculam. She also uses the BabyDays apps so parents can monitor their child's progress, with lots of wonderful pictures.
For us Doodletots was the perfect combination of childminder and small nursery as there were children of different ages. Our daughter has made some lovely friends at Doodletots.
I think the fact there a number of siblings at Doodletots shows parents are very happy with Villy's provision. Our eldest son is at Doodletots, and we hope to send our youngest son too when he turns one.

I want to say from the bottom of my heart a massive thank you for all what you have done for my son over the last 4 years. Your hard work, dedication, love, support and attention to detail has not gone unmissed. You have helped him grow and develop more than I had ever expected.
As a Secondary school teacher I always lead with high expectations and Doodle tots have maintained this from the start when my son joined at 7 months to now, where he will be starting school. You made him feel comfortable from the start and was able to build on his confidence.
I have been able to monitor his progress over the years through your use of babydays, and this has allowed me to work on areas with Jacob, in a home setting.
My son has been able to flourish within your setting and I am forever greatful. I feel so lucky to have secured another spot for my next son who will be able to grow and develop just as much as Jacob has.
I would highly recommend doodle tots to anyone as I feel it is a 5 star setting.

Villy is one of the kindest people you can ever meet. My 8yr old daughter adores Villy so much. Villy is very kind, considerate, efficient and very passionate about her job. Very honest and doesn't charge unnecessary fees, a real pleasure to have you as our childminder. Continue with the hard work. God bless you!.
