Definitely hire Charelle - excellent nanny

Charelle has been a nanny to my 22 month old son for the last year. The only reason we are making any change is because a place is now free at our local nursery. Charelle is excellent - she has a calm and soothing manner and our son was completely fine with her from day one. She brings care and attention to their days together and always plans lots of fun little activities - my son’s love of reading has definitely been boosted by his much loved trips to the library with Charelle. She is attentive to his needs, such as his sleeping and food requirements, and how they have evolved over time. Charelle will discreetly integrate into any household. We will miss her.

Excellent and trustworthy nanny

Charelle has been with us for more then 4 years, taking care of my 2 children from newborn stage to toddler to school age child. The children love her and she has been a great help with establishing routines, nap times, potty training, fussy eating and with all the other difficult stuff when it comes to having children. She is very reliable, trustworthy and I know my children will be safe with her. Next to this, she takes them outside a lot and is great in making up activities to do with them. I am very happy to provide more info if needed but I know Charelle will be a great help to any family; the fact that she has been with us for so long speaks to how good she is with our children.

Excellent nanny for my twins

Charelle has been looking after my 16 month old twins for around 3 months (about 3 days a month). I approached Charelle after seeing her with her full time charge as she seemed to have a fun and laid back but very professional approach to childcare

The twins are always relaxed with her and enjoy her company. Her previous nursery experience shines through, with a good balance of interactive and structured , but fun play. Charelle obviously loves being a nanny and it really shows!

A trustworthy, flexible and caring nanny

I am very happy to recommend Charelle as a nanny. Charelle is a very happy, gentle and caring nanny who started working for us in November 2012 as a baby sitter (nights and days) and subsequently was our nanny from February 2013 until February 2014. Since then Charelle is babysitting on a very regular basis ( day and nights ) and is always very accomodating.
My 2 little boys ( 5,5 and 2,5) love having her around and I feel super confident having Charelle looking after them as I know they are in very good hands!

Charelle started taking care of my older son when he was 2 and over the course of her employment also took care of my other son right after he was born.
Charelle worked as a nanny for our family 25 hours per week. She is highly motivated and performed extremely well utilizing her best capabilities. Particularly, Charelle is very skilled in supervising children, specifically the younger ones and caring for their needs. She did extremely well with our new born, showing maturity and confidence in her dealing with him.

Charelle has a number of other strengths but one of her key attributes, according to my observations, is her flexibility. She always seems open to adapt her own schedule to match our children’s and always accepts our numerous changes of plans!

In summary, Charelle possesses all qualities that make a nanny successful. She is very reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and able to make herself tune-up with the requirements of family and children. Once again, I highly recommend her for a nanny position.

Excellent, caring, energetic nanny

Charelle is amazing. She's an energetic, kind and considerate nanny to my son. She has been with us since he was just 7 months old and he is now nearly 2 years old. She has plenty of experience looking after babies and toddlers and I've felt very comfortable leaving my son in her care both during the day and the evening.

Charelle adapted to our family routine and was always very accommodating to any requests we had from what type of food to give him to when he had his naps. She's a flexible person who is always willing to change days or times if she can make it happen.

Charelle knows Islington's best (and worst) kiddy places like no one else and is forever giving me tips on where to go with my son, from free stay and plays to music classes . She's energetic and outgoing and takes my son to as many or as little activities as he/we want.

Charelle has worked with us for a regular 30hrs per week, but I am having a second child and no longer working to require those hours. We love having Charelle part of our family, she's been a wonderful carer for my son and I highly recommend her.
