I am an Ofsted registered childminder in West Hull, post code area HU5. I am married and have four grown up children of my own.
I am a member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY). I am able to offer funded nursery education sessions for 3 and 4 year olds and eligible 2 year olds. I am registered to accept Tax Free Childcare.
All children and families are welcome in my home. Childcare is provided in a relaxed, friendly home environment with plenty of age appropriate activities, toys, resources and outings to help your child develop and learn. I have a large secure garden and no pets.
I have links with local Children's Centres and attend some groups there.
My last Ofsted inspection was January 2024 and I am graded GOOD. I have excellent references and testimonials from parents and children.
I do not offer a school/nursery drop off or collection service.

Level 2 Award in Nutrition and Health
Level 2 Award in Equality and Diversity
Steps to Quality award. I have completed all 3 Steps of the Local Authority's 'Steps to Quality' scheme.
I have gained the Bronze and Silver award of the Local Authority's 'Focus on Safety' Award scheme for Early Years.
I am accredited to offer funded nursery education sessions for 2, 3 and 4 year olds.
I have excellent references and testimonials from parents and children.
My Availability
I am open 48 weeks per year and my working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.30pm (Earlier start time is negotiable at a slightly higher rate). I am not open on Friday, Saturday or Sunday
I can offer full day and half day places.
I can offer term time only places.
I provide care for babies and pre school children only; i.e. from birth to starting school. I do not offer care for school aged children.
I do not offer a school/nursery drop off or collection service. I do not offer before or after school care.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.00 per hour
Fees 0-4 year olds: £4.00 per hour. Minimum 4 hours payable.
Unsocial hours (Before 8.00am) by arrangement only. £5.00 per hour.
