My Fees

• Childminding from £5.00 per hour

NORMAL HOURS 8AM – 6PM Mon - Thurs

8AM - 5.30PM Friday

All Year Contracts;

Children Birth - pre school: £5.50 per hour (minimum 5 hours per day)

School age children: £5.50 per hour (minimum 2 hours per day)

Term Time and School Holiday Contracts;

Children Birth - pre school: £6.00 per hour (minimum 5 hours per day)

School age children: £6.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours per day, 5 hours in school holidays)

Fees for all contracts unless stated otherwise:

Outside normal working hours : 2 x normal fees

Full Contract – Parent’s annual holiday Full fees

School Holiday Only and Term-Time Only Contracts – Parent’s annual holiday : Full fees

Childminder annual holiday (up to 2 weeks) Term Time Full Fees. All Year Around NO Fees

Sickness of Child/Parent : Normal fees

Sickness of Childminder : No fees

Child/Parent occasional days off : Full fees

Childminder occasional days off : No fees

Bank Holidays (child not attending) : Normal fees

Bank Holidays (child attending) : 2 x Normal fees

Children at Pre-School : Normal fees

INSET days : Normal fees

Overnight Care : 2 x Normal fees

Late Payment Fee : £10 per day to start at midday on payment due day until FULL payment received.

Late Collection/Early Arrival of Child Charge : £5.00 per 15 minutes (charge will start after 5 minutes)

Late Collection/Early Arrival or Child before 8am and after 6pm : £5.00 per 15 minutes (after 5 minutes)

School Children – Hot snack - £2.00 per day, Cold Snack £1.50 per day.

Fees are to be paid monthly (1st – 31st) in advance by cash, vouchers or direct transfer to my bank account. An invoice will be sent out around the 18th of every month. invoices are to be paid no later than midday on the last working day.

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure a place for your child.

If we can offer a place immediately but you do not require the place immediately then a ‘retainer fee’ will be payable every week until you require the place. This is a percentage of the normal weekly fees. Percentage payable to be agreed between Childminder and parent. (Full and Term-Time Only Contracts)

School Holiday Only Contracts : All fees are to be paid by the 1st of the month for the holiday period required.

Four week’s notice is to be given to change or cancel a Full Time Contract.

Four week’s notice is to be given to change or cancel a Term-Time Only Contract. The four weeks MUST be term time dates and cannot include school holidays.

Two complete week’s notice need to be given for School Holiday Only Contracts – the two weeks MUST be school holidays.

If your child is receiving Early Years Free Entitlement Funding one complete term’s notice is required to change or cancel a Contract (Full Time or Term-Time).

I reserve the right to review my charges in line with other local childcare providers and will give 1 months notice.

My hourly fee includes the price of snacks and drinks. Hot snack £2 per day
