About Me
My name is Nicola I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder, I live with my husband and two sons and we have two house cats.
I have a BA Honours Degree in Early Years Education studies and a BTEC National Diploma in Early years.
I have a well equipped playroom, with lots of play equipment and resources. Children have the opportunity to explore, play and learn in both the indoor and outdoor environment.
A wide range of activities and play opportunities are offered to children to encourage development following the early years foundation stage.
I attend groups throughout the week, including stay and play groups, music group and we also visit local parks and the library.
I am passionate about the outdoors and believe that children can learn a lot from going out and exploring their world. We grow our own fruit and vegetables in the garden and have creative time outdoors. We have a small park very close to our house and Cofton park and the lickey hills nearby.
I pick up and drop off at Rednal Hill nursery, infant and junior school.

My Experience
I have studied childcare for five years obtaining my Degree and Diploma.
I have carried out placements in nurseries, schools, children's centre and special educational needs school.
I am paediatric first aid trained, myself and my husband are DBS checked. I continually update my training in all areas of childcare and safeguarding.

My Availability
I am available Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 5.30pm. Before school drop off only on Friday morning.
