About Me
I have been a nanny for over eight years and have recently qualifies as a postnatal doula, I absolutely love all that it entails. I am an enthusiastic, hardworking, trustworthy individual. I am confident and not afraid of hard work; I love a challenge and am very good at multitasking and being one step ahead. I love travelling and spending time with family and friends.
I have three children of my own now and absolutely love being a mummy.
Fun fact: In August 2012 I performed in the London Olympic Closing Ceremony, it was the best experience.
My Experience
Employment history:
September 20 - May 21. Monday to Thursday after school care for two children aged 4 and 7 with my daughter with me. It worked very well. I left to have my son.
October 1st 2017 to January 2018.
Monday to Thursday with two lovely girls age 2&3.
November 1st 2016 to September 2017. I looked after a 14 month old girl and a six year old boy.
May 27th 2016 to June 17th 2016: I travelled with a British family to Sweden and had sole charge of an eight week old baby girl and a five year old boy full time. I took care of all duties for the baby including, changing and sleeping and feeding routines throughout the day/ night. I assisted the five year old with school work, general nanny duties for him throughout the day as well as cooking for the family in the evenings.
May 2015 to June 2016: Nanny Share, with job I started in January 2015. I looked after all four children Monday to Friday, taking care of all nursery duties between the two houses, meal prep, family shopping, children’s laundry, school runs and daily activities catering to the needs of the individuals.
January 2015 to June 2016: live out nanny, full time, sole charge. One boy of three and one girl of eight
March 2013 to November 2014 – live in, sole charge Nanny of three girls aged one, two and five.
My day consisted of getting the children ready for school, preparing lunches and meals, school runs, playgroups and clubs, providing early year’s education and much more. One of the children had coeliac disease so I had to ensure that when I was preparing meals, I knew what was acceptable for her diet and what was not.
