I am 26 years old. I have worked with children aged between 0-11 years now with 8 years experience. I have my level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. I have experience in senior roles within a nursery environment (including deputy management) and leading my own team. I have been involved in an OFSTED inspection with the nursery gaining a ‘good’ rating. I have SEN experience and am a level 3 SENco too. I am also first aid trained, epi pen trained and fire safety trained. I am a forest school leader also and currently based in a 3-5 year old room in a nursery.
