In the hunt for an Easter/Summer nanny for our little crew (11M, 9F and 7 year old twins. It would be good to have a situation where we can call on the same person for other holidays too. In the past we have built up a circle of contacts so no one person is working the whole holiday however through pregnancy, illness and injury, 3 of our current team are down sadly hence our renewed search.
Previous years our plan has usually be to have 2 people each day to allow the kids to split where needed and it not be overwhelming - we have had one person who more than bossed the 4 on her own so it is also person dependent. We usually cover 10-3 or there about however as I work from home, we do have flexibility
Ideal candidate has own car with full clean license and comfortable to have little people in the car. Car seats will be provided
