About Me
Hi my name is Michelle. I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder. I live with my Husband who is registered as my assistant our daughter who is also registered as my assistant and our son. I provide a welcoming, safe and homely environment where children have the opportunity to learn and develop in a fun home from home environment. I offer a wide range of activities and outings for children and babies. I also offer a healthy range of home cooked foods and encourage healthy eating. I offer nursery funded education for eligible 2, 3 and 4 year old children.
My Experience
Having two Adult children of my own, I have many years experience with children, I became a childminder in June 2010. I find it a very enjoyable and rewarding job.
My Qualifications
First Aid certified.
CRB Certified
Food Hygiene certified
Safeguarding children certified.
Level 3 qualified in children and young people workforce
My Availability
I am available Monday- Friday 7.30- 5.30 (although this is flexible and open to discussion)
I am available during school holidays.
I currently have vacancies for all age groups.
I do school drop off and pick up at St Johns C of E primary school Baxenden

Michelle has been caring for my little boy for the past six months, starting when he was just three months old. Now at nine months, I can confidently leave him in her care, knowing he’s in the best possible environment. He has made remarkable progress since he started with her. Michelle brings a wealth of experience in caring for children from newborns to those aged 4 or 5. She is wonderful, treating both me and my son like family. She also provides a variety of healthy meals for all the children. I highly recommend
