About Me
Childminding Spaces Available from late November. Highly-qualified and experienced childcarer with a spacious, 4-bed home and garden.
I have 14 years of home-based childcare experience; specialising in early years; a passion for children and a commitment to exemplary care. My spacious home and garden, near parks and nature, offer additional play areas and resources for learning, fun and exploration. Following the EYFS, we enjoy outdoor time, messy play, regular outings and formulated play to foster development in all areas.
I am a mother of one newly 3 year old who attends nursery part-time. Being a mother myself I know what an important role a trusted, qualified and valued caregiver can bring to a family’s life. I hope to offer you that comfort and reassurance that your child is in the best hands.
My Experience
I have been a professional and qualified full-time nanny and consultant for 14 years before moving into childminding. I have cared for children ranging from newborn to 13 years. I have cared for multiples and large cohorts (all under 5) and I also have twin experience.
My Qualifications
I have a first-class honours degree in child development and child psychology.
I am trained in infant care, safe sleep (sleep shaping and training), weaning, potty training and behavioural management.
I also have a level 3 diploma in home-based childcare.
I am committed to continuous professional development; I regularly undertake training and stay up to date with safest and best practice.
My Availability
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday Availability for children aged 9 months- 3 years.
I also offer once monthly date-nights 6pm-11pm where I care for multiple children in my home so parents can enjoy a night to themselves.

My Fees
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
Childminding rates start at £8 per hour.
Usual rate is £10 per hour with 10-20% discounts for 30-50 hour bookings.
Minimum 8 hour daily booking applies.

Ashley has been nannying for our family for one month now, looking after our 4 year old and our nearly two year old. My husband and I are very impressed with her enthusiasm and ability to date. She has created an excellent bond with the children, and instigates a range of activities, games and learning opportunities.
