My Experience
I have been working with young babies and children for last 10years as nursery nurse and private nanny. I am also mother of two lovely boys. I started my childcare career as a teaching assistant in Nepal. Then I came in UK in 2007 and helped my cousin in looking after her 5years old son. In April 2008 I joined nursery and worked as nursery assistant. I really enjoyed working with young children and gained knowlegde in Early Years Foundation Stage. I did my Level 3 whilst working as nursery assistant. Then i was offered nursery nurse role. The manager was really impressed by my work and promoted as Room Leader and Senior Nursery Nurse. In Nov 2014, I was promoted as Acting Deputy Manager because of my hard work and positive disposition and attitude towards work.

Ms Parmila was the key case worker for my daughter in the nursery. Aarna is my first child and I obviously had many apprehensions but she was so well looked after by that I can’t stop thinking about how ms Parmila made my return to work after maternity a cakewalk with no issues to worry about for my little one. She was and is the best!!!!
Any nursery is managed and organised my its management but the team to support is very important and ms Parmila was amazing to put parents at ease wen they return from work in the evenings and we never felt that our little ones are in wrong hands. Kudos to her dedication!!!
