About Me
Hello mums & dads! My name is Sue l, I’m Ofsted Registered provider first class quality care for all ages of children in a fun, loving and caring homely environment. I (Sue) have been married to my husband for over 30yrs We have 2 beautiful children both girls aged 31 & 36year old. Our house is a pet and smoke free home. Although my daughter has an English bull dog which I sometimes look after but she is a big softy and all the children love her! I have been a registered child-minder since 1998. My last Ofsted inspection was this year which was a GOOD. I am all up-to-date with my paediatric first aid and safeguarding children and all other relevant refresher training.
Our working hours are from 7.30-5.00 Monday to Friday, but can be flexible to some extent to find out what vacancies We have available please feel free to contact me by phone, text or e-mail any time and any day and i will get back to you as soon as Possible, I am also happy to answer any questions that you may have about having/using a child minder and why we think its good to bring your children/child to a home environment. My Experience
We are fully qualified registered child minder and also members of childcare.co.uk
We care for all ages of children and all children who attend our home are given equal opportunities to play with all toys and equipment that is available to us. We drop off and pick up from any schools/nurseries in Birchwood, We have had a little bit of experience in caring for special needs children We've had 2 young boys who used to attend before they attended full time school they both had Autism and ADHD. We have vacancies available please ask and feel free to come and look round our home to get a real feel as to what we do with the children and how great and exciting it is to be here you can tell by the atmosphere from the children who already attend at our home already :) x

Sue and Sara are both lovely and the environment in which they look after the children is brilliant, plenty of toys/activities to entertain the children.
Sara has been very flexible and patient with hours for my 2 boys.

For a new parent, there are so many things to get wrong. You can look it all up and worry a bit more about whether you're failing in some way. So there's nothing quite like a sentient, sane human being, whose seen this all before, saying "you're doing fine" to put your mind at rest. Or looking around at the rough and tumble, joyous nature of a household filled with children and young adults to make you realise that, in the end, none of the things you worry about really matter and that bringing up children is easiest when it is a shared, convivial affair.
Finding Sue to look after our kids boy and a girl, while we both work nearly
30 miles away was one of the best things that ever happened to us. We don’t have to worry about them for one minute during the day even when they are at school and that’s priceless to us. Sue does it all shes got authority to decide in our absence. If they not reading a book with her, they playing with their best friend (another sweet-natured toddler) or one of the other kids who go there after school. And if they’re not about, they spend his time following her husband around the house – a man who is equally gifted with kids, and loved by all of them.
It’s no small thing to trust someone with the most precious thing you have, and that someone becomes one of the most important people in your life. The women who give of themselves so generously to help nurture our children in safety, security and comfort are rare and beautiful souls.

On meeting sue, as a family felt very welcome. My children instantly felt comfortable in sues home and extremely excited with all the toys and activities sue has to offer. Sue for me is a very understanding and flexible which for me is a great positive, her costs are brilliant, Sue is litterally the best childminder I have met and will be a great asset to my children and their progression as they get older. thank you sue, (your going to be stuck with us for a very long time) :-):-):-)
