About Me
Hello my name is Anna and I have a cosy childminding setting which could be described as a mini nursery full of love, hugs and fun.
I am a very enthusiastic person and adore babies and children. I am reliable, friendly, caring and passionate about the work I do.
I work with a wonderful team of people who equally love working with babies and toddlers.
We follow the EYFS with children and cover all 7 areas of learning and development.
We aim to teach children through playing indoors and outdoors doing a wide arrange of activities e.g. painting, play dough, card making, train track building, Lego, baking, handcrafts, leaf collecting, reading stories, dancing and many more.
We create a strong bond with the children we look after and we are still in touch with most of the parents that leave.
We are punctual and respect parents wishes regarding what structure they would like us to follow for their babies and toddlers to be happier at the setting.
Children are taken out on a daily basis to different parks, libraries and playgrounds. We believe through play, encouragement and using a range of activities children will learn to develop the skills that is important throughout their lives.
All meals are prepared fresh on a daily basis.
My Experience
The first experience of children I have had is bringing up my own 2 kids who are now 24 and 13 years old. I have enjoyed every minute of being a mum which inspired me to have my own provision.
Before opening up my own setting I worked as a nanny for 3 amazing families.

It is difficult to overstate just how amazing Anna and her team were looking after our little boy for the twelve months he was with them (we sadly moved away, that was the only reason why we had to change the childminder). He joined the setting at 14 months, having been previously only looked after by parents and very occasionally grandparents, but despite our apprehension about his adapting, Anna and her team made the transition a dream. From day two and every day since he was happily going in with a grin on his face, and this was absolutely down to the ladies' exceptional caring attitude which is a mixture of love and tenderness, joy and playfulness, but also attention to rules and safety necessary to keep the little ones feeling secure. There hasn't been a single hour in those twelve months that we've felt anything but completely relaxed and grateful in the knowledge that our son was being looked after as well as he would be by us and his closest family, which is how we really came to regard the team.
The level of competence, communication, professionalism, generosity and comprehensive care has been constant and nothing short of exceptional. From a beautiful and fully child-adapted setting (the whole flat is a 'mini nursery'), to completely balanced and home made diet, a wonderful mixture of independent child-led and more structured, adult-led play and learning, to being genuinely showered with love and care, it is a perfect place for any child (and parent!) to enjoy.
I can without hesitation recommend Anna's mini nursery, we remain forever thankful for helping our little one thrive in his first foray into early years education.

I can see that my daughter is really happy at Anna's. In the morning when I tell her :”we go to Anna’s” she starts running to the door and gets very excited.
She is so happy when we arrive and she is always so happy when we pick her up. Everyday she is greeted with love and care from all of the staff, and I can see that she feels at ease and very comfortable with them.
Anna cooks delicious and healthy food everyday for the children and is always happy to meet our dietary requirements.
We love the weekly newsletter that informs us of all the amazing activities the staff organises for the children and I have been impressed by the wide range of activities, from painting to cooking to physical exercise.
The entire team is truly dedicated, patient and passionate about their job. They are genuine people that really care about the kids' development. I feel that they have become my daughter's extended family.

Thank you Anna and all your staff for taking care of Jerry during his 10 months here! Really appreciate it!
I would consider Anna's place a top notch and no brainer choice for parents who live nearby Finchley/Swiss Cottage. First of all it is so obvious that her and her team absolutely love children, and my dear boy loves her, that can be told by how he runs into her place without even wanting to leave a glance at his parents...And her team has been very steady so each of Anna's team knows the children very well and can handle them very very well.
I think then her place is really clean, spacious and dedicated for the kids. There's been a number of other places I have visited but many are hybrid places where care takers live in the same place where the children are cared for, typically that's a bit challenging especially things pile up and spaces are occupied, and the children run or bump into different things. But Anna's place has this apartment dedicated to children with all her rooms used for the children not for the adults, that's really different.
Also the place is very convenient just 1 min walk from Waitrose Finchley road, great location.
Lastly she communicates really well with all of us. Really appreciate all the endeavors, Anna, and the team!

Anna and her lovely team have looked after my son for almost two years since he was 7 months old and he has loved every minute of it! They are extremely caring and they provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children. It is evident that they love their job as well as the children themselves.
They organise daily fun and educational activities /outings to keep the children occupied and I have seen my son evolve into a very happy and confident little boy.
Communication between Anna and the parents is very good and parents are kept informed of all food menus/ activities on a weekly basis. They also prepare healthy and varied meals.
I have absolute trust in Anna and have no hesitation in recommending her and her team. I felt reassured that my son was properly taken care of and was in safe hands.

With a lot of mixed feelings, we started to take our 1-year-old son to a childminder. It wasn't an easy decision to leave him with someone else during day times.
But, from the absolutely first moment, we knew that we made the right decision.
Anna and the team are so amazing. They deeply care about the children. Wrapping them up with love and affection. So Supportive to the parents. It was such an awsome experience with them and we would like to thank them for a wonderful 18 months!
We will definitely meet them again with our next child :)

We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care Anna and her team have provided for our little one. From day one, the environment was loving, safe, and full of opportunities for growth. The attention to detail is clear, from the freshly prepared, diverse menu that even our picky eater enjoyed, to the wide range of engaging activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning.
Anna’s nursery is thoughtfully designed, offering everything from baking sessions to outdoor adventures, ensuring the children have a rich, varied experience each day. Our son thrived under their care, always coming home well-loved, nurtured, and excited to return.

Our twin daughters attend Anna's house since they were 17 months, since then we saw them thrive and progress. The setting is small and nurturing and you can tell how much they love Anna and the staff. The staff are kind, professional and knowledgeable. The girls were given a solid foundation to go on to pre school. Thank you Anna!

Anna and her team looked after my son for two years. They were absolutely amazing. Anna loves the kids so much with all her heart it’s really amazing to see. We were blessed to know our son was being looked after so lovingly everyday, a real peace of mind to leave your child in the morning in the best place possible for them. The kids learn to be very independent, eat with cutlery and clear their plates. They enjoy great homemade meals and lots of healthy snacks during the day.

Our son absolutely loved Anna's place. from the first day onwards he ran to the door of the nursery to start his day and was always so happy and excited to get in there, even asking about going in at the weekend :). Anna and all her team are brilliant, they don't just care for your child, but really shower them with love from the minute they come in. The setting is tidy and well supplied with everything the child could need, in addition Anna makes a huge effort to regularly take the kids out to explore the different spots and playgrounds in the local area. Dealing with Anna is a pleasure as she is always professional, warm and really focused on the welfare and care of your child. We could not have been happier with the care our son received there, and would recommend it without hesitation. It was a genuinely sad day for us when the time came for us to leave the nursery.

We've had both our boys with Anna and couldn't be happier -- we consider ourselves lucky to have found her when we did. Our eldest went to Anna when he was 9 months and left Anna when he was nearly 4, and our younger went at 10 months (he's 2.5y now) and is with Anna still. Anna made the settling in for both of them very smooth, listening to our preferences, but also leveraging her own experience. Our boys both love Anna and her team so much, and have formed really special bonds with Hana and Lina as well. They run in every morning and are always talking about Anna when they're at home. They tell us about how much they do there -- singing, dancing, cooking/baking -- and they get to enjoy the open space at the nursery on their own terms, all with the safety, care, and support of Anna and her team. We're constantly taken aback by how much they both have learned at Anna’s - knowing a wide range of songs and actions, starting to count and learn the alphabet, and of course being able communicate well. Our boys love playing with the different kids and being around a mix of age ranges. All their meals are home-cooked and we see and hear how well they're eating every day. When our older son was 3, one day he came home from Anna’s, ate his dinner with his fork – not his hands – and then brought his plate into the kitchen. He was so proud of everything he’d learned and done at Anna's. Our boys have been so loved and so well looked after by Anna and her team -- we just couldn’t imagine them being anywhere else.
