Slow in reply, arrived 50 minutes late at the nursery, asked for 30GBP for 30 minutes "work" collecting the twins from the morning nursery and dropping them at the afternoon nursery. I spent a lot of time on the phone with the nurseries as I didn't even get an update from her and could have done this myself. Didn't get back to me at all. A bit weird.
