About Me
Hi, my name is Kathy.. I'm based in spire veiw, the new estate in Siddington x
I am a fully ofsted registered chilminder in Cirencester. I've been a childminder since June 2012 and have worked in a nursery previously since I left college in 2003. I am also a mum to my 4 beautiful children who are 19, 16, 6, and 5.
I have been in childcare since leaving college in 2003. I have a level 2 qualification in childcare plus paediatric first aid. child protection, enhanced DBS, and a diploma in home based childcare.
Ofsted good graded childminder
I care for children from birth to starting school (and older for existing children to the setting)
I provide a home from home setting where children can be children and laugh, grow, and achieve in a relaxed atmosphere
I work very closely with another childminder in the local area called little cherubs childminding (we used to childmind together). so the children have lots of interaction with others.
We enjoy a range of trips out and about from the local library to soft play, parks, westonbirt arboretum and occasionally, we arrange trips to place like bristol zoo and the aquarium.. we also attend a local childminding group where we meet up with other childminders and children this is now fortnightly at little Centurions and in the spring we will be back to forest school once a month on a monday x

My Experience
babysitting since the age of 14.
2 years in college with work placements in Chesterton school, phoenix playgroup and Rainbow village/Daisychain day nursery.
9 years as a nursery nurse at Daisychain day nursery that became Tiggers nursery. Working with all 3 of the age groups Babies, Toddlers, and preschool.
