I've been reluctant to write a review about Andrea, as with any type of childcare everyone has to make up their own mind on what best suits their needs. Childcare is one of the biggest decisions you make on your childs development. But this lady is so amazing I feel the need to share my experience of her looking after our 1year old.

I first came across Andreas details on this web-site, and decided to call round a visit her to see if she could help with our childcare after the nursery we had Hannah in was not working out due to its location. I usually rely on recommendation from friends and family, but on this occasion we have no family close by and not any friends who have had to use childcare, we were on our own regarding making this big decision and a little cautious. From the moment I met her I knew that this is where we wanted our child to be. Her lovely happy, welcoming home is a perfect safe and fun environment and any doubt I had was quickly dismissed.

Hannah has been with Andrea since Jan 2013 (at 15 months old) and we have never looked back, shes always happy when we drop her off and the same when we collect her, which makes us even happier. It came as no surprise to us that Andrea got awarded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted is March, we already thought this about her.

We get daily updates with photos and messages on what activities Andrea has chosen for the day, all of which are so varied and very relevant and we can see the amazing affect it has on Hannahs development. I love that Hannah gets outside every day, whether its on the school run, to the park or an indoor play area, and has also made other trips to places like a fruit farm, forest park or feeding ducks, to name just a few. Andrea is also very thoughtful doesn't miss any seasonal occasion. Hannah has been there to celebrate Chinese New Year, Pancake Day, choose a plant in the garden centre for Mothers day, Easter and so on, the list is endless.

While doing all this, Andrea remains very professional at all times and we get a daily diary of a round up of Hannah's day, which includes activities, food and nutrition etc. And we take home her Journal regularly which details her ongoing development.

Andrea has totally amazed us with her commitment and love for her job and have never looked back from the day we met her.
