About Me
I am enjoying being a childminder again. I love working with children of all ages. I work from my home where I live with my husband, dog (male Labrador cross, 7 years old) and three sons aged 19y, 18y & 8y old. I believe I am very lucky to be able to work with children and help them grow.
My Experience
I am a mum of three boys, two of which are close together in age (19 & 18). And now a baby boy too (well, he's 8y but still my baby!)
I have worked within schools and preschools in recent years. Roles within these settings include; midday supervisor and teaching assistant. Also, I have been involved with the running of the local preschool and was chairperson of their fundraising committee and secretary of their management committee. In amongst these roles, I was also a member then treasurer of the PTA at the primary school too. I am also a Club Welfare Officer for the local youth and open age football teams (currently 16 teams in total), so Safeguarding is one of my top priorities.
I have been childminding in my own right for quite a few years. I had a bit of a break where I became a childminders assistant working for my good friend, but now I'm back to being a childminder on my own again (still working closely with childminding friends obviously)
I have had an Ofsted visit a few years ago and was awarded a 'good' which I am chuffed with and aim to improve. Watch this space for the next inspection results!

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
Fees start at £6.50 per hour, per child. I am always willing to discuss fees in more detail when we meet up. Funding options accepted.
