About Me
Hi, We are a family of Mum, Dad, and two lovely boys of 12 and 10 years old. We are searching for a nanny/ childminder to look after our 2 lovely boys on two days a week: after school an a Monday until 6pm and Tuesday from either 11/ 12 am to 6 pm. Also adhoc extra hours for childcare/ babysitting may be offered if they suit you.
Our eldest son is autistic and attends an alternative provision farm school 3 days a week. He is a delightful and loving boy but does have additional care needs such as needing some help with self care and co-regulation. Having a clear routine and good communication skills are extremely important for him. He loves to chat and tell funny stories. Our younger boy attends the Dartington school and is in year 6. He is a sensitive, kind and chatty boy who loves the natural world (and geography!) and reading.
As one of us works in a school setting we would not need cover during school holidays (but might appreciate the odd day)
We are looking for somebody who is kind, patient and reliable to help our family. Any experience of or interest in SEN would be a great help. If you feel you might be interested please contact me and we can discuss.
