My Experience
As my mum was a childminder I have grown up around children and this instilled in me a natural love and understanding of childcare from an early age.
I began my career working in day nurseries, which provided a strong foundation in caring for infants and toddlers. Later, I embraced innovative, outdoor learning as part of a forest school, where I honed play-based education techniques that encourage holistic development.
Currently, I serve as the Deputy EYFS Manager at an independent prep school, overseeing curriculum development, staff training, and daily operations to ensure each child receives personalised care in a stimulating environment.

I have a BA (Hons) in Early Years Teaching and Learning.
