Hi my name is Keshia and I'm 26 years old. I live in Staines and have a 9 month old son.
I have a full clean UK driving licence and my own car, which has 5 doors and is fitted with isofix, perfect for family outings.
I have always had a passion to work with children, and when leaving school decided to fulfil my dream and attended college where I passed my level 2.
I am a very hard working, outgoing, organised and approachable person who loves working with all age children.
I am looking to return to work in September 2017 and need a role where I am able to bring my son along with me.
I really enjoy working and being around children. I am very confident and experienced working with all ages. From experience I have learnt lots of games etc. Children find me easy going, caring and fun.

My Experience
Firstly being a mother myself. I have been working with children of all ages for 9 years.
In 2008 I started working at a day nursery caring for 40 children aged 2 to 5 years old. My main duties included caring for the children, preparing for snacktime, planning and carrying out activities with the children, Early Years Foundation Stage tracking and carrying out various observations. I worked very closely with Special Needs children and spent 15 minutes with them each day working on their speech; I was the Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinationer.
In 2013 I moved to the baby unit where I cared for children as young as 3 months to 2 years.
I have also had experience working with schoolers aged 6-10 years.
I have spent a lot of my time looking after a close family friends daughter from the age if 8 weeks old, I regularly had her at weekends, either daytime or nightime. Since being on maturity leave I now have her one day a week where I pick her up from nursery and care for her until her mum returns home from work. We go on many outings, these have consisted of visits to the farm, children centres, soft play areas and a range of other child friendly activities including visiting the zoo. I enjoy being outdoors and keeping the children active.
