About Me
i have been married to Phil since 1992. i have 3 adult children (of which 2 still live at home) and live in a lovely small rural market town called Tenbury Wells in north Worcestershire that borders Herefordshire and Shropshire. i have been a registered childminder since September 1995 and have my NVQ3 in childcare and many more childcare related qualifications and various training courses i attend to keep myself updated.contact me direct for up to date vacancies in tenbury wells.
My Experience
i worked as a nanny for 2 years before having my own children. After having my second child, my best friend wanted to return to work so i became a registered childminder in 1995. I have also continued as a baby sitter for many local families. In January 2023 I had my Ofsted inspection and retained my "GOOD" rating that I have had on my last 5 inspections
My Qualifications
I gained a childcare diploma at college in 1989. i have gained my NVQ3 in Early years, a childminding level 3 with the Complete Childminding Practice. current certificates in Food hygiene and first aid and drug administrations which means i am able to use inhalers and epi pens. i update my training regularly and often attend workshops and webinars held in the evenings and Saturdays. my recent ofsted inspection was in January 2023 and I retained my "GOOD" rating
My Availability
I work Monday to Friday
7am to 6pm
I am registered for funded places from the term after children are 9 months old.
I drop off and pick up from tenbury primary school and tenbury nursery situated on Bromyard road, of which I live right next too, so no roads to cross. I currently have no availability

Tracy has been looking after my children who are 3 and 9 for nearly 3 years now and is excellent with both.They enjoy going and have built up so much confidence and knowledge,tracy does a lot of activities and crafts with the children and is always communicating to parents on their child’s day and development.
Tracy treats all children fairly and equally my children adore tracy they think she is fabulous. I would not have anyone else to look after my children I trust her completely and feel at ease knowing they are safe and cared for.
she is a wonderful person and a exceptionally good childminder.
