I have known Nikki for over 4 years now - when we got chatting at a pre natal group I was delighted to learn she was a childminder. My daughter started with Nikki just before her first birthday - Nikki made the whole experience so much easier. As a mother who works full time knowing that your child is being cared by someone who truly goes that extra mile and treats your child like one of her family is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend Nikki enough. She has a very calm nature and nothing seems too much trouble. My daughter and her daughter truly are the best of friends and enjoy spending time with each other. It's so important to have seamless care and that's what Nikki gives, it's like she is part of your extended family! Her morales are excellent and she really nutures and shows the children values before they have to leave her care to start school.

An asset to my family for over 5 years

My friend refers to childminders as "Day Mothers" and that is exactly what Nikki is: a mother to my children when I'm not with them.

Nikki has been caring for my children for the past 5 and a half years and I can honestly say that choosing her was one of the best decisions I made as a parent!

My daughter went to Nikki from the age of 6 months until the week before she started school and still loves to go to Nikki's during the school holidays. She has a very close relationship with Nikki and her two children and it's great to know that she's having fun during the holidays when we can't always spend time together, in fact I think she would rather be there than at home.

Nikki also looks after my son of almost 3 years, who has been going to play at Nikki's since he was very young. He is always so excited to go and play with his friends at Nikki's and loves to tell me about all the fun things he does during the day - every week they go to groups and get out and about as much as the weather permits.

Nikki keeps us up-to-date with our son's development in the form of his beautiful Learning Journey which helps us to understand the stages of his development in line with the EYFS and is a lovely visual record of all the things he has been doing in his preschool years.

Over the years I've come to think of Nikki as not only a valuable asset to my children, but also a friend and someone to whom I can go for advice. She goes above and beyond for all the children in her care I can't recommend her highly enough.

Nikki cared for my daughter in the years before she started school. My daughter loved the days she spent at Nikki's house and got really excited before we arrived! Nikki treated my daughter as if she were part of the family and showed great care towards her. There was always something fun planned and Nikki would often take the children out for adventures in the local area. On collecting my daughter, Nikki would inform me of any important information and I always felt well informed.
I would highly recommend Nikki as a childminder as she cares so deeply about the children in her care and shows such passion for her job. We have now moved away from the area but if we did live closer I would have no hesitation about contacting Nikki about a space for my 5 month old son.
