About Me
I am a Nursery Nurse and NVQ level 3 qualified, I live with my husband and have two adult daughters and offer a homely environment to children of all ages. We have three cats, a fish and working dogs which have no contact with the children. I have strong connections with our local childminding support group , Children's Centre and schools / preschools within Tring. The emphasis in my setting is learning through play both in and out doors, being an active part of the community and I encourage an effective parent partnership.
My Experience
I have worked with children in different settings for 34 years, these range from a school, nursery, nannying, and running a preschool for 8 years before I had children. I was an active member of St John Ambulance for 29 years. Since having children I have been childminding. I am involved in a number of community activities:
