About Me
I am a mother of 4 (now grown) children. I work with my Ofsted registered daughter who is well qualified and also holds teaching assistants certification too. My sister in law, also Ofsted registered also works with us and we often work between the two settings, hers and ours.
As a Montessori teacher I'm passionate about quality childcare, education, homeschooling, and people of all ages reaching their potential no matter their starting point.
I have been working in education for 30 years and have loads of experience particularly in Homeschooling, Montessori and childcare. I have worked in a homeschool co-operative with children ranging from 1 and 1/2 yrs up to 8 years. Now I work in childcare, after school and holiday care, homeschooling and private tuition.
I also enjoy my work from home and am keen to further explore more workshops to support homeschooling parents as well as supporting children directly with 1-1 teaching. I am qualified to work across the age range and have an enhanced DBS and am an OfSTED registered childminder offering Montessori child care.
My Experience
I am a qualified Montessori International teacher with accredited teaching hours and have run my own nursery. My daughter, who also registered in her own right, works with me and has a level 3 nvq and is a Montessori teaching assistant.
I have a specialist qualification in Specific Learning Difficulties/dyslexia/special needs and have worked in Colleges and schools in this area for many years.
I also have a degree in Adult Education and Special needs/basic skills.
I am a Buzan Mindmapping Trainer and use these study skills to great effect with many of my after school students.
I love to work with HomeSchooling parents to support, advise and train in a variety of teaching methods and have continued to do this a great deal to this day.
I am a Montessori Teacher Trainer - Running workshops on homeschooling using Montessori principles. I have also run training on how to set up a Montessori homeschool setting in your own home.

We have vacancies but we do not offer the 2yr or 3yr funding.
We can not take any one from Coventry as we do not have a car, and can not do collections or pickups.
We do pick ups St John's School , Kenilworth.
We are Ofsted registered, 1st aid qualified insured and have a current enhanced DBS
