About Me
Hi, my name is Sarah. I am an Ofsted registered childminder.
I live in Watford (close to Leavesden country park) with my partner Oliver and our 2 children Ruby (14 yrs) Flynn (6yrs) and our dog Pugwall (11yrs)
It has been a joy guiding my children and watching them learn new skills and childminding gives me the opportunity to experience this all over again.
I am very fortunate to live close to a variety of Parks such as Leavesden and have access to Farms, Children Playcentres and more.
I plan daily activities to help promote all ages learning and development with regular observation and next steps. Our days are filled with lots of creative activities such as: Painting, Sensory Play, Messy Play, Baking and many more. I have plenty of space to provide this and a good sized garden full of lots of resources.
Daily messages and photos can be sent to parents to keep them updated about their child's day.
I aim to provide a comforting home from home environment with a focus of outdoor play and exploration.
Included in the fee is Healthy Home Cooked Meals and snacks.
To me learning should be fun and helping your child be creative through play is a great way for them to learn.

Sarah has been caring for our son for a year now and we wouldn't change things for the world!!
Sarah is caring, thoughtful, creative and fun. Our son is always so excited to go to her home and runs through her door to get the day started.
Sarah offers a fun learning environment - with lots of counting, colours and shapes exercises. Bug hunts. Supported with potty training. Wide range of toys, costumes and books. Also, lots of outdoor fun and trips to the park to keep our 3yo occupied.
Sarah really offers a home away from home for our son - clean, comfortable, fun, nurtures development and hands on.
Sarah also keeps us updated with WhatsApp messages throughout the day so we can see how he is getting on.
We have been very lucky to find such a wonderful carer close to home. Would highly recommend her to all other parents!!
