About Me
My name is Claire and I have been childminding since 2002 and am registered with Ofsted and graded GOOD with 2 Outstanding areas I previously worked for a teaching agency.I offer quality childcare from my home in Edgeley Stockport. I work with my husband Austin and have done for the last 4 years. We find that this benefits the children we care for and their parents offering flexibility,reliability and ensuring and promoting a warm,caring and stimulating childcare setting.
We offer childcare between 6 months upto 5 years
My Experience
We are Ofsted registered and are graded GOOD We pride ourselves for catering for each individual child in our care. We maintain a safe,secure and happy setting, which provides parents with 'peace of mind' that their children are well cared for in an inspiring,lively and creative environment. We work within the EYFS framework and both thoroughly love the job we do.
My Qualifications
I am qualified in level 3 in childcare.
We are both CRB checked (as are other family members in my household)
Along with Safeguarding and Level 1 Food safety Awareness in catering
We are both Paediatric First Aid trained and have attended extra training in Asthma Awareness.

Claire and Debbie offer a great child minding service. The environment is child friendly with lots of learning activities. For pre school children there is a development plan and a learning book is sent home, which includes work and pictures that my children have completed. Both my children are very happy in this child care setting and I feel happy that they are in a safe environment while I am at work. The school drop off and pick up from Alexandria Park is really useful. I would highly recommend this childcare service.
