My Summary
About Me
I am a warm, experienced, and multilingual childcare professional with a strong foundation in early childhood education, having worked extensively as a nanny, tutor, and preschool educator for children aged 1.5 years and older. My approach is nurturing, educational, and creative—built on years of experience supporting children’s emotional, social, and language development through play-based learning, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
My background includes work with diverse families across the UK and Europe, where I’ve blended nurturing care with structured learning. I’ve tutored children in multiple languages—including Italian and Croatian—helped with homework, led imaginative art and craft sessions, and supported emotional growth through play and gentle guidance. I hold a degree in Pedagogy and have served as a lead preschool educator, combining academic knowledge with real-world, hands-on experience.
In addition to my childcare expertise, I’ve held roles in administration, retail, education, and fashion, which have sharpened my organizational, interpersonal, and creative skills. Whether coordinating schedules, managing communication, or engaging in arts and crafts, I bring professionalism, adaptability, and positive energy to everything I do.
What sets me apart is my ability to engage children in meaningful activities that foster both joy and learning. I’m calm, reliable, and deeply passionate about helping children grow into curious, confident, and kind individuals. Childcare is not just my profession—it is my passion. Helping children grow with confidence, care, and joy is at the heart of who I am.
My Experience
With over a decade of diverse experience across childcare, language education, and family support, I have worked as a nanny, tutor, early childhood educator, and language teacher in both private homes and formal settings. My childcare journey began with a strong academic foundation in Pedagogy and has since grown into a deeply fulfilling career centred on supporting children aged 1.5 years and older.
As a nanny and tutor for several British and international families, I have helped children thrive through bilingual learning, creative play, and emotional support. I’ve tutored children in Italian, Croatian, and English, using engaging and age-appropriate activities to nurture both language and personal development. I’ve also led art and craft sessions, homework help, and structured daily routines that promote independence and joy.
My earlier experience as a lead preschool pedagogue in a bilingual kindergarten helped shape my child-centred approach, combining music, storytelling, and hands-on learning to build strong foundations in language and social skills.
In addition to my childcare roles, I’ve worked in administration, retail, and the creative arts, including fashion and translation. These roles have strengthened my communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills—qualities I bring into every childcare environment with confidence and care.
Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth in safe, loving, and stimulating environments.
