About Me
I’m a busy mum with 19 year old twins one who has complex special needs and requires 24/7 2:1 care. I’m looking for a happy, organized and loving PA for Alex who would like to join a lovely team who help take care of his 24/7 2:1 care needs. Weekends and school holiday work required.
My Requirements
ALTERNATE WEEKENDS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAY CARE ASSISTANT TO DISABLED MALE AGED 19 WITH COMPLEX SPECIAL NEEDS.
* Flexible hours, work as many hours as fits your lifestyle during weekends and school holidays. Choose hours to fit your personal commitments: Earliest Start Time 7am and latest finish time 23:00. I am also looking for a Waking night nurse too.
* Part of a small but amazing care team
* No experience required you’ll be given full training.
* You’ll need to have an Enhanced DBS; which we could take care of for you.
* Alex is intelligent, funny, stubborn and very cheeky
* No Special Needs experience required. We will give full training.
* Will suit reliable, healthy candidates with a good sense of humour.
* As Alex required 2:1 care there is always someone to assist / you're never left to move and handle. You’re never alone, however I would recommend being fit as he is dystonic at times.
* Hoist, Slings and Lift fitted at home to assist with moving, handling and lifting.
