About Me
Hi. my name is Heather. I live in Coulby Newham with my husband and our four children aged 19, 13, 12 and 9. I have 30 years experience working with children from various ages. I provide a home from home setting with children becoming part of our family. I provide a bright and colourful playroom with lots of different activities and toys to stimulate and educate children of all ages and within the EYFS framework. We visit our local amenities and local groups.
My Experience
I have worked with children for 30 years firstly in Day nurseries and then shortly after returning after my first born I became a childminder. I worked within the baby room working up to the baby room leader then working up to Deputy Manager in the second nursery I worked in.

Heather has looked after my daughter since she was 3years old & now nearly 16 my daughter for personal reasons still attends Heather's childcare setting. Heather is a kind caring person who is brilliant with the children. She does alot of great activities with the children in her care & sends pictures to me to show me what my daughter has been up to that day. Heather's childcare setting is like a home from home i would definitely recommend Heather to anyone wanting a childcare place.

I’ve known Heather as a good friend and child minder for approximately 14 years now so when I had my children I couldn’t think of anyone else I’d trust with my babies when I went back to work. Now I’m going back to work after my third my baby will be with Heather. All my children have loved being with her. Heather is fun, gentle, patient and very professional. I often get “mum can you please make my pasta like Heather does it?”. All parenting methods are respected and I’ve 100% felt confident that my child was always well cared for. Cannot recommend Heather enough!

Heather has looked after my little boy from the age of 1 until now when he’s 4 just about to start reception.
He refers to her as his “other mum” and it really is like the kids are part of her family. He has blossomed under her care. She goes above and beyond to help and works with me if I ever need additional help with childcare.
100% would recommend to anyone.

Heather is a wonderful lady who looked after our life boy from 18 months old till he was 7. He absolutely loved going to Heather's house and her whole family made him feel very welcome from day 1. Heather does lots of activities with the children and took my little boy to music group once per week which he loved. Heather was great if I was ever running late or needed her last minute she would do what she could to accommodate our little boy. Heather would send daily photos of what the children had been up to which really brightened our day. I strongly recommend Heather to any parents.
