About Me
. Im an Ofsted Registered Childminder graded Outstanding on my last 2 inspections who has a passion to look after children. I have all the relevant qualifications a childminder requires and years of experience of looking after children.With a fabulous setting with many great resources for children to play and learn with .
I live in Kenilworth Warwickshire. I have a three bedroomed house with a large garden .I live with my partner Stuart and my 4 sons Josh 31 my twin boys who are 25 and my 14 year old son We have two cats called Dolly and Daisy (mother and daughter) who are very calm and loving around everyone and love lots of fuss.We also have a puppy Labrador who loves lots of fuss .During opening hours Heidi the puppy is kept in a separate area while children are in the setting.Children are encouraged to say hello and stroke her .But while she is a puppy no play with her and the children is allowed.

As a mother of five children I have many years of experience with looking after children and have a vested interest in providing the best possible care and learning opportunities.

Jane has been my sons childminder since December 2024. Jane was so supportive with settling in sessions moving at he's pace and a really support to me. Jane helps to guide and nurture in such a caring and compassionate manner.
I get photos of my son which is really comforting to for me and gives us a detailed debrief of the day when we collect.
Jane plans out each day with the children in mind dependant on age and linking it to their homelife. Often sending jim home with arts and crafts they have done during the day.
I couldn’t recommend Jane enough, she has become part of our support network always there to offer support and guidance at all hours and we will be forever grateful

Jane has been my daughters childminder since September 2021. I have moved out of Kenilworth but have continued to take my child to Jane’s as she’s helped to develop , educate and nurture her better than I could ever of imagined.
Jane is so thoughtful , kind and caring. She plans out each day with the children in mind. Everything is educational and fun.
I get photos daily of my child which is lovely plus reassuring.
We discuss areas of my child’s development and what to focus on going forwards.
Jane is an absolute fantastic person and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She’s started as my child’s childminder but has become a family friend for life.
She’s done more for my child than I ever thought possible.

Jane has been looking after my 2 children, aged 2 and 4 for the past 12 months and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provides them.
Jane has a huge variety of resources and always has something new out to play with and do every day. She is extremely creative and they always come home with amazing art and crafts and other activities that they have done.
She puts a huge effort and thought into planning their days into home based educational activities, which she often links with things we have done at home (days out etc). They also love the trips out to the park/nature walks and meet up with the other local childminders.
Jane has been very flexible and accommodating working to our routine and helping with potty training/pick ups from nursery and particularly helping the children settle in.
She goes out of her way to make the children feel at home, with lots of lovely personal touches just for them and selecting games/activities based on their likes/preferences. She also keeps a close track on their development, and pushes them to learn/expand their knowledge and skills. They also get along brilliantly with Jane’s 5 year old son who both of my children are very fond of.
Jane clearly adores children and has a great natural relationship and bond with them. Sadly we won't be using her anymore after this summer due to being linked to a different school from September, but I would highly recommend her as a childminder.
