About Me
My name is Deborah Taylor, I am based in Elsenham and proud mother of two grown up boys. Having worked for 12 years in a mainstream Primary School as a Learning Support Assistant in all year groups I have covered many subjects in the curriculum. This role also allowed me to work primarily as a 1-1 with statemented children, special needs and those who just needed that little extra help with self esteem, confidence and believing in themselves. I firmly believe that all children learn differently and with patience, understanding and time, step by step results can be achieved and should be verbally rewarded for trying as well as achieving. I am artistic and creative in both practice and mind and by implementing this learning can be made fun rather than fearful.I also helped my own children throughout their education and I too am still educating myself with various educational online courses.

My Qualifications
Environmental Biology, Art, Drama, History GCSE Grade B /Certificate in Teaching Assistant Training(Numeracy and Literacy Learning Outcomes, Behaviour) , Adult Numeracy OCR Level 2, Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care Children and Adults, Starting with Maths Course Level 1, Safeguarding Training Level 2, The Care Certificate, City & Guilds Level 2 ITQ, Business and Administration/ Diversity and Equality Level 2. I am also doing online courses for myself in Understanding Dyslexia, SEN, ADHD, Autism and PTSD to widen my skill set.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
- Tutoring from £15.00 per hour
My starting rate for babysitting is £8.50 p/h,but I will discuss with each individual concerned prior to bookings. My starting rates for home school/ online tutoring are £15.00 p/h, this includes everything provided but again can be discussed individually.
