About Me
I am a confident, loving and reliable young woman, who lives in the Newham. I have previous experience of babysitting children within the ages of 20 months to 11 years old which has varied from a few weeks to years depending on the parent's schedule. The majority of the children I have looked after are from personal reference of parents from who I have previously looked after, extended families and childcare online sites. Also, I have worked in schools as a Teacher Assistant as well as being a playworker for ages 3 to 12.
I believe all parents and carer's views are important because all children need to receive the best care and feel comfortable with the right person. When leaving your child with an unfamiliar face, they do tend to get shy, scared or anxious. But, as parents you can make the best decision for you and your child, to feel 100% happy and content as your child will be spending quality time with someone who has experience and who you and the child(ren) can trust.
I can provide a max of 15 hours care which can involve early morning drop offs, after school pick ups, evenings or weekend as I currently work as a Business Support Assistant in the NHS. I graduated university in 2018 where I studied Early Childhood Studies and Sociology. Im very comfortable and happy to look after babies, toddlers and young children as I love to interact, teach and play with them.
My Experience
CURRENT EXPERIENCE:
I have had great pleasure of meeting a lovely mum on this site who trusted me with her then 2 year old son in January 2019. I feel very much now a part of the family and still babysit on occasions.
WORK EXPERIENCE PLACEMENTS:
Smallwood Playcentre - worked with ages 3 to 11 and special needs children.
Alphabet Day Nursery (East Ham) - worked in baby, toddler and pre-school sections.
St. Joachim's Primary School - year 1 children but mixed with other year groups and reception children.
My Qualifications
Sixth Form:
BTEC Level 3 Extended Health and Social Care (equivalent to 3 A Levels) - D*D*D* (A*A*A*)
Degree:
BSc (HONS) Sociology with Early Childhood Studies - 2:2
Food Hygiene - worked in a school canteen
December 2014 to July 2015.
DBS Certificate - subscribed to updated service.
My Availability
I work full time from home and my role is quite flexible. I can provide some help with drop offs, pick ups, evening and occasional weekends.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
I prefer hourly payment but, this can be discussed when we have come to an agreement for when I will be working.
